(Any playhouse needing assembly will need delivery; we do not sell in pieces.)

(Any playhouse larger than 6x6 will need assembly.)
*What type of ground will your playhouse be sitting on?
If your ground will be other than cement it is very necessary that the ground be LEVELED and 12x12 pavers placed down as a solid foundation. These can be found at any Home Depot or Lowe's for about $1.25 each. They can be placed as a solid or scattered foundation 6" each side larger than the size of your playhouse. We will also need at least 1 foot spacing between playhouse and any wall, fence or bush for working space. This is very important for a smooth and timely installation. A $50. fee will be charged if assistance is needed in this area.
*Please briefly describe the walkway entrance where we will be delivering pieces through. For example, gate opening size, how far distance from trailer to playhouse location, etc. We welcome text pictures of location.

All Our Playhouses are Custom-Made; In Order to Start Production on Your Playhouse and Deliver On The Date Requested, a GOOD FAITH Non-Refundable Deposit Is Requested.

Upon receiving your playhouse, balance can be paid in cash, check to Gigi's Playhouses, personal checking account or credit card via PayPal or Venmo.
